Veneer Plywood
Veneer Laminated Plywood is the most common plywood. The surface veneer and core material both depend on the clients’ requests. Surfaces such as Bintangor plywood, Okoume plywood, birch veneer plywood, and other nature veneer plywood.
The core material is poplar or poplar mixed Eucalyptus. Depend on the final use of the plywood panels.
Melamine Plywood
Laminated Melamine Plywood also widely used in furniture. Different from the MDF board, The surface of plywood is not as plain as MDF, so only three times hotpress plywood can laminated melamine paper.
For furniture plywood, all of our plywood are three times hotpress, sometimes four times hotpress.
BS1088 Marine Plywood
Marine Plywood is waterproof. Good marine Plywood is able to use on the ship.
We have two different WPB glue to choose from. Depend on the client’s request. For BS1088(water boil time over 24 hours) we use expensive ones. If wish cheaper we use melamine WPB glue, the water boil ability will be 10-12 hours.
