HANGZHOU FENGYUAN WOOD CO.,LTD is a professional Fiberboard manufacturer & Trade Combo.
The founder was join MDF board business since 2006 Years and decide to own his own brand & company at 2010.
Until 2018, we already export to more than 20 countries worldwide, Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia, USA, Canada, Europe, Middle east, East Africa are all our main market.
In 2022, due to the covid-19, we are still try our best to meed client’s demands.

We are target at medium & high ending market. Our MDF Production line can product thickness from 1mm to 40mm, which are very less in Asia. We are proudly to say that our product is not just good quality, but also Stable Quality.
QUALITY CONTROL & INSPECTION
The Quality control process is mainly from three aspects:
Raw material: The main materials of MDF Boards are wood raw materials and glue. We have long experience in this industry, and we have a solid and healthy relationship with our suppliers. The supply chain has been optimized for many years. For Glue, our glue is made by our experienced engineer, and it will be tested in our LAB then use on the board only.
During Process: As a highly automated production line, our engineers can continuously monitor the status of the product during the production process. Any abnormal state will be discovered and corrected in time. And we have checking line to make sure that problem can’t be controlled by machine can be found by our staff.
LAB TEST: All boards will be tested at our own lab.
And we do INSPECTION BEFORE SHIPPING.
CERTIFICATE
FENGYUAN has passed the ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, GB/T28001-2001 for Health and safety management system certification, as well as FSC, USA CARB P2, CARB EPA, Japan F**** certificates.
As well we have the EN13501-1 test report for Fire Rated MDF Boards.
